this one's a chocolate pudding.. took extremely long time to bake cos it was covered w baking paper n foil to retain the moisture. so it's extremely light fluffy yet moist.. served w warm chocolate ganache... heavenly :D
this one's my mum's fav. almond cookies. replaced majority of flour with almonds tt i ground up into a fine powder.. could be crunchier but not bad a cookie.

my extremely extremely amateurish macarons... it doesn't look too good. in fact it looks quite ungly. but taste wise more or less ok. crispy outer coat, soft fudgey centre with chocolate... good strong almond taste. much to be improved tho...
these are pretty large lemon cupcakes. one of my favourites. esp juz out of the oven... nothing beats biting into a warm, soft, fluffy cupcake with the aroma of lemons... yum!
went to charl's house for a baking sessions. baked checkered cookies, tiramisu, brownie and eclairs. super fun! but we did mess up the place pretty badly so thanks veri much to charlene and her maids for helping us clean up.
our yummy tiramisu. i felt tt it was really not bad at all. not too sweet, prob the alcohol n coffee taste could be stronger. but otherwise it was good. my mum enjoyed it

this one's the choux pastry dough. glen did a good job mixing everything together. despite all the misfortunes tt happened along the way, the eclairs turned out pretty much alright. much to my relief...lol
