the CAs have ended. i know i did far worse than expected... to be honest, i was feeling very lousy after CAs. i hate it when i study yet don't do well... but i've gotten over it... n i've got PROs to look forward to...

indulged in some therapeutic baking sessions... lol

my first attempt at making choux pastry turned out pretty well...

~don't they look cute after rising in the oven? haha when done, each had a nice hollow centre for the filling...

~mum says they look like fat caterpillars... i'm not sure. haha

~all assembled, with piped chocolate cream within n chocolate ganache on top...

~made a grand total of 60... ended up giving most away as usual... :D
