cabbed down w perry yongjin n melvin after anat prac. was presented w a pretty good pistol, an LP 10... but the grip was so ill fitting i tot i would get a blister by the time the shoot ended... had to resort to using tissue to sort of cushion the sharp edge... every pistol shooter's grip is customized for max performance... since no one ever has exactly the same hand, it's nv to good an idea to use someone else's pistol.. oh well, but had to make do w tt...
for sighting shots, there was no cluster watsoever, so no pt in zeroing... went on to the actual shots after realising i was going no where w e sighting shots but tiring myself out... the whole time melvin n my senior yujia was joking n laughing... lol. a bit hard to not laugh too... i was realli amused by the extent of how lousy i was... i shot a 4.... lol.
basically i couldn't keep my arm steady.. muscles atrophied w lack of use... so i had to estimate the best time to pull the trigger w a moving front n rear sight... woah... not easy at all... even wondered if i could finish the shoot or not...
anyways, medicine swept both the rifle n pistol team gold medals w 2 seniors coming in 2nd n 3rd for men's pistol, melvin coming in 1st indiv for men's rifle n me 3rd indiv for women's pistol...
i seriously suspect there were onli 3 female pistol shooters to start w... but oh wells, nice surprise to have a medal... hahahh i'll prolly join it again if the chance arises...
