i'm going to bake my granny her 82nd birthday cake... feeling a bit stressed right now. haha i realli wanna make it a success but i dun exactly have tt much experiance, especially with making such a huge cake... 11 inch square black forest cake... anyway did a trial today... a mini version... was surprisingly good but visually not tt appealing... with 11inches of surface area to decorate, am still trying to figure out wat to do...

but the cost of making the cake is quite high... the cherries plus the liqueur... haha managed to get dad to open a new bottle of whisky.. oops... wish me luck for sunday!!! hope the cake turns out nice :D
